Missi Barraclough, Scheduler

Missi is the Scheduler for Golden Heart and is a key member of our office team. She works closely with the caregivers to ensure we are providing the right level of service for our Clients. Missi joined our team after spending 16 years as an owner of a childcare business. She has experience in the field as a Caregiver and has attended nursing school. Missi enjoys spending her free time with family. She loves to travel and is an avid Steelers football fan!

John Flaugher, Director of Marketing

John has over 20 years of experience in marketing with a heart to serve the elderly community. Through marketing skilled and non-skilled services, he has seen the impact of the quality of life for many seniors and is proud to represent the team here at Golden Heart Home Care. For many years, he has cared for his own elderly parents and in-laws and knows first-hand the challenges and rewards in helping loved ones. John’s passion for making a difference carries over into ministry. On his personal time, he serves senior communities in the greater Miami Valley through his family’s Golden Heart Band. He truly believes that Golden Heart Home Care helps make seniors happier, healthier, and are taken care of with the dignity and love they deserve in their time of need.
